How do I upload to newgrounds

Ok, in the past i've compiled the game as an HTML into a folder. Then I zipped up the files into one and uploaded it, Everything was fine.

Now when I try to test the newest build the game just hangs there, Then new grounds page crash's. But if i test the game va construct 2 everything runs fine with zero error's.

i some how loaded sound effects in music and that cosed a loop that would not load
