If you could explain why drag and drop behaviour doesn't work in this case it might be easier to give you an idea how to achieve what you want.

The mountain is a object, and it's size is longer the screen.

I have no idea what you mean by mountain and what a mountain that doesn't is, maybe you could be a little clearer?
