Make top down view buildings

Help guys! There was a nice option 3D box in classics constract, so you could make kinda 3d buildings in games like gta 1 gta 2.

And I know theres is no such an option in scirra 2.

Question: Is there a way in scirra 2 to make those buildings look like 3d object in classic version?

Thanks, are there any tutorials how to make it work?

I downloaded it, but it does not make any sence.
