Tiles have transparent edges

Hi everyone, I have a little bit of a problem when placing my background tiles. For some reason when I load my tiles into Construct 2 there is a transparent edge on the images. This is making my tiles look like, well, tiles..and not a beautiful background.

Does anyone know why this is?

Okay so the first one is how it looks in photoshop, there is solid color on the edges.

In the image editor in C2, transparent edges..

I've noticed this happens if you rescale the sprite...

hmm but I havent changed its size..hmmm
