How to start the game over when score is not 0

I used the beginners tutorial to work through a one person shooters game. However, I can't get it to say Game over and start over when the player score is NOT 0. It works fine if the player score is 0. The tutorial was great. Did the game in 2 hours but got to the end and no instructions how to end the game. Just learning.

Why would it be "Game over" if the score is not 0?

Presently, if the score is not zero and the player wins the game then the game is over. It stops. There are no more shooters. It doesn't have to say game over, it can start over and keep carrying the score until the player decides to stop playing. However, how would I do either one?

If...

-Score not 0

-Enemies.Count = 0

Then...

-Make a bunch of enemies
