I`m in a 3 days game jam and I need some help

for games like Flappy Bird

How do I spawn the objects randomly and let the background move ?

to open/view do new project and in search bar type flappy.

but sometimes quz it spawn randomly it spawn in places that t player can`t go through

can I make an Exception in the event ?

do you mean the gap for "flappy" to go through is too high/low to get to ?
