How do I spawn things

Hello everyone,

I want to spawn few items outside my layout randomly, how is this possible ? I'm not able to figure out a logic for that. Please suggest me something.

And also i'm not able to use nested if's here, so,could you guys also please suggest me a tutorial for the same.

yeah i want then to come after player.

I've made them to come after player but i can't figure out a good logic that will spawn them outside the layout smartly(anywhere)
