how to make sound like object is coming and going ??

I have a object

comes from left side of layout and goes to right side

I have sound of Engine

Now i want to add effect on sound like

when object is coming from left

sound will be low and as object is coming volume will go high and when object goes out then sound should go down smoothly

please tell me how can i do this

If you want to adjust the sound relative to the player location, you can use the distance system expression between the object and the player, and lets says if its 1000 px distance you reduce the sound of the engine by -10db if its 100 you make the sound +10db. Or if its a fixed place, you can just put an invisible sprite on the background and use that to measure the distance.

anyway i have found alternative way

I used audacity and give fade in and fade out effect and that's it
