How do I Make something shoot at something

I had a similar post earlier, but this is different. =P.

I want my bullet, that when it shoots, it points at the angle of the mouse.

NOTE this isnt a 1 bullet, its a long laser,

so for example (linked pictures)

It would NOT be like this : http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2013 ... fender.png

It WOULD be like this : http://i.ytimg.com/vi/HqNV4aeV794/hqdefault.jpg
