I want to make quiz game on three layuots, first one is quiz, second minigame, third quiz. I can't make the quiz on the third layout to work. Also, can someone tell me how to make it multi-language? Thanks.

Maybe upload a .capx, so we can take a deeper look on it.

Multi-Language is something like clicking a button that sets the text boxes to a difference language, that you can translate yourself.
