(SOLVED) How do I remove the "slidding" on Android?

hello to all

in my game i use the touch plugin, and i have one little problem

when in my game udner android i keep my finger on the screen and slide to the left or right the sprite walk on that direction and falls on the lava.

how to remove that and only say when touch object, and NOT if the payer keep touching the object?

i dont want my sprite move if the payer keep his finger on the screen, i want just the sprite move when the payer 'tap' the button.

Couldn't you just use "on tap" or "on touch start" or "on touch end"?

well i mean under my android if i keep my finger pushing or slidign on the button the character goes to that direction, but i want that just work when i "tap" the button.

actually my events are

Touch>"is touching Left_button" > player > simuate platform pressing left

same for the right direction

You should create another event, for this one does exactly what you don't want..

How long would you want the player to move on tap?

well just move 1 step

And what would one step be in the platform behaviour?

Sounds like you want to have some kind of grid-based movement rather than platform behaviour..
