How do I make a simple post on fb from Windows pone?

Hello everyone,

I'm developing a simple windows phone 8 game with construct 2. I need to do a very simple thing in my game after every match, I need to post the score on fb, with a simple message for example, to let others know about my game all over the social network. So, my problem is that IE 10 in windows phone does not support popups, so I cannot use any plugin or tool that uses this type of action.

So my question is, is there a way to implement a simple posting system in my game?

Please help me, I'm really close to develop my game and this is my last step.. ..
