Set the Angle toward Position

hey I'm doing the Beginner's Guide to Construct 2, the top-down shooter tutorial, I cannot find the "Set the Angle toward Position Action" under the "Angle" category, in the Event sheet. Which event should I use?

Maybe you're creating an event instead of an action.
