send and recieve socre from SQL

Hi guys. Let me explain what I need.

I work for a company that make educational books for children here in Brazil.

We are making a web version of our material that will complement the printed version, and this material are games that the results will be followed by the teachers and parents of the children.

Here's what I need. Some games will have score and time, others anly score and others only time. I need that data to be sent to a SQL database, with is been made in Moodle, and can be acessed by the parents and teachers logins.

Hope you guys can help me out.
