Scrolling problem

Hi guys,

I have a problem with scrolling(see capx):

Drag key and overlapping the door

Arrow falldown, drag it and overlapping Arrow2

When is overllapping arrow set immovable and position x,y by arrow2.

When all is finish with touch arrow(with animation) i want scroll to tree.

Can any help me^^?
