How do I scroll this?

right now I am on training making game, now i'm doing infinity jump. but i'm stuck at background scrolling. I don't know how to scroll the background everytime i jump ,

when the player jump, the background didnt scroll down, instead it was left behind. you know what i mean right? so how to do this? anyone?

Create a new layer, and place your background on this layer. Adjust that layer's 'Parallax' to make the background scroll appropriately.
