How do I make the scroll effect for slot games?

i would like to make something like this slot game

it was done in construct 2, can someoen explain me how to do the scrolling pictures?

i try to understant the file capx but its no help inside, no comments on the different sections :s

so i tried another method but i dont know how to stop my falling blocks at the right place inside the window, also my blocks have allways the same speed i would like to have something faster at the begining and then slowly stop at the end.
