How do I Make a screensaver

i was wondering if it's possible to save my application to be a screen saver on windows or android for exemple ?

I think you can export it with node webkit and then just rename the .exe file to .scr instead and it should act as a screensaver. Might be wrong though

now how to make ti available in the screen saver section ?
