As for your question as it is for now, I'd say no there's no way.

But in fact it might depend and you could achieve what you're seeking by an other way.

Im making a javascript plugin for construct, which means i could extend the social media implementation of construct, but i need to be able to run some html within the IDE..

What do you mean by "run" HTML? HTML is a markup language to define the layout of a document. Your plugin could change the page's HTML by using jQuery (which is bundled with the runtime) if you wanted to change the page in some way.
