How do I get rid of this strange overlay???

Hi,

So I made this game with Construct 2. In the engine it plays just fine. I exported it to HTML5 and submitted it to GameJolt. When played on GameJolt it has like an Overlay of my game on top of the actual game. I'm not sure if this came from exporting or something else I may have done in Construct 2. If you could give it a quick play on GameJolt so you can see exactly what I am talking about.

When the game loads in you will need to walk all the way over to the right and double click around the center bottom of the screen to get to the next floor down. From there you can see the overlay much more clearly.

I have narrowed it down some. I now know it does have something to do with Construct 2. Is this something that would happen if my export wouldn't produce the minifier?

I'm now about 95% sure this has something to do with the Soft Shadow effect used for the flashlight. Anyone know how it would do that?
