Restart Button

Hi there everyone!! I'm new here, i want to make a button ini which to restart everything in the level, which is the level 1 for example i play the game but there have something i did get example a hidden star and i want to restart this level from the beginning. How can i do it? example of a game, like Cut The Rope, which have a button to restart the level
