How do I remember an player IP

Hi guys,

I have a game and i want it to remember if a player was already on the website, or web-game?

For exmample in the game i make some points, and next time i acces the game is gona remember my points.

Can i make this on ip or something like that or shoul i make a login screen.

If so how can i make a login *thing* with username and password ?
