How do I reduce rotate of a layer?

Hello everyone.

I have a wheel that can be rotate by touch.

and i rotate some layers

Now if the wheel make a complete turn the layer make a complete turn also.

Is there any way to make the layer to do a half turn if the wheel make a complete turn , so the wheel must make 2 complete turns and the layer one complete turn?

yeah calculate the difference between the wheel'S angle on the last frame and the current frame, then rotate the stuff you want by like x0.5 that value
