How would I trigger an event when it is a certain time of day? It would be a document sheet that would be downloaded and read through ajax and then used to trigger an action. is that possible?

I Guess a easier way to some it up is I want construct to load a file that says "01/02/2012 12:34am" and when it gets to that time a action would occur.
Search in the plugins forum, there are some plugins about timers or dates.
