how can i make a sprite that open file from computer

(when i click on that sprite - the sprite open window that i can choose folder from my computer )

example i want to user choose his music from his computer to play on construct 2

how can i do this?

Basically you want to create a 'browse' button that allows a user to select some sort of file, typically used by websites for uploading?

It's probably best if you learned how to do this in HTML as that's the easier way.
