Guys i want to know if i buy construct personal edition do i need to use cacoon clay crosswalk etc to put my game to googleplaystore. With personal edition will construct export my game as apk ?

You must have a minimum personal license for limited commercial use, then you make your game as clay.io third party plugin, etc .

Then you'll have to export to XDK intel ( crosswalk ) or Cocoonjs, ...

Submit Google PLay Store, you must have developer license costs 25 dollars.

No. You Must Use Some Networks Like Cocoonjs, Crosswalk, Phonegap etc.

In my experience via CocoonJS not work well with clay.io
