Is it possible use lat and long from Geolocation to show current country and/or city?

I was checking the Geolocation example from C2 and it shows the lat and long, but is it possible to convert those latitude and longitude to the current city or country?

You will likely have to use some sort of external API/Service to do this conversion.

I must admit I do not know one at this time, but an online search will probably provide good results and informations on the subject.

I went googling around a bit about changing lat and long to address, and Reverse Geocoding from Google's Geocoding API shown up, but I'm not quite sure how to integrate it?
