Player Model and Animation

Hey guys, Im brand new here, Hoping to get into game making as a hobby..

I have thought of my first game idea, and have run through some basic tutorials etc..

How do I use stick figures? I want to make a platform game and cannot figure out how to use a stick figure as my character, and then add animation to it.. I have Pivot but cant seem to get the stuff Made in that into Construct 2..

Any ideas guys?

Create a sprite object and give it platform behaviour. Create some static sprite images of the stick man that form an animation, then import and create animations such as 'walk', 'idle', 'jump', etc then trigger each animation when the character performs these actions.
