How do i play sound on android games?

i have sound problem with my program when export using Cordova intel XDK. i have button with sound playing when it pressed.

on xdk emulator the sound is playing but when i build into .apk and try with real devices the sound is not playing.

i convert my .mp3 into .ogg bytheway. anyone can solve this please? im very basic man. im sorry is my type of question is exist before.

It should work the way you do it. Have you checked your mobile volume?

You can also try to preload sounds first, or move them to the Music directory.... worth a shot I guess.
