How do i use PhoneGap command-line tool to build my exported Construct 2 project for Windows 8.1 or Windows Phone 8.1?

I have installed Node.js, installed PhoneGap CLI, doing cd's to locate my project folder but i don't know how to from then

ANSWER: NVM I have finally found the solution after all. Open the cli and create new project and drag all the exported files to this new project and swap the same file with dummy one.
