OK Form Button is ALWAYS on TOP of other objects?

I want to use the "OK FORM BUTTON" with no TEXT, just a BLANK BUTTON, then I want

to put a PNG transparent graphic SPRITE on top of that button to use at its label..

I have the "OK FORM BUTTON" on LAYER 0, and all SPRITE images keep showing up BEHIND

the OK FORM BUTTON.

Nothing I have tried seems to work.

I simply need the OK FORM BUTTON to be labeled with a graphic ICON instead of TEXT.

HELP !!!!!

Here is what I see..

The IMAGE is on LAYER 1

The OK Button os on LAYER 0

Within Construct it looks GREAT !!!

When I test in the Chrome Browser, the OK Button is ALWAYS ON TOP, no matter what I try..
