Object spawns only a few times

Hi,

Here is this capx I'm having issues with

For some reason the balloons stop spawning after 3 or 4 times?

I can't figure out why this would work a few times, but stop towards the end?

Any clues or suggestions?

The problem is event using : "Balloon is outside layout ".

If you still want to use event " is outside layout" , just set Balloon Y to 260.
