How do I make the mute button work on kindle devices

Hello Everyone

I recently finished a game and it works perfectly on all the browsers and devices but while testing it out on a friend's kindle HD I noticed that the mute button doesn't work. I tried changing the event from muting the sound to pausing it in event sheet but it didn't worked either.

If anyone has nailed the mute button on kindle devices then please please shed some light on this topic
