music not working after exporting to intel xdk

my problem is, that if i test the game on construct 2 on the browser the music plays very good, but when i export it to xdk it s not working on the emulator or if i build it.

no im using the stable version, i ve updated to the last beta version and still the same problem

Did you check if you export it for correct device and have correct versions of music?

i do have the m4a and ogg yes, its just the background music not playing but the sound effects playing very good

I had similar problem.

I think I was able to go around it by disabling "preload sounds" or moving music to "sounds" folder. I don't remember what actually helped.
