Is it possible to create a 2-4 player mode using this method, on this game? Also, is I use the webcam obj, will it record sound too so the other players can hear? Or will it not work?

You'll need to know some javascript in order to go anywhere near multiplayer.

Yes, it is possible. The blog you've linked to is by (C2 user] juantar. Do a Forum search and you'll find a thread he started that has a lot more info about that method, which requires you to know no JavaScript - that's all hidden in juantar's plugin.
