I have a game almost ready, but wanted to put an interstitial ad in the game over screen, I tried in every way, using LeadBolt, pubCenter and others. How do I monetize?

But I'm using Visual Studio 2013 Update 5 (fuller compared to 2015), and it can not use the SDK Ads Universal, there is another alternative? How Adsense?

It's most likely a typo in the pre-requisites section, as the Microsoft Universal Ad Client SDK is indeed compatible with VS2013.
