How do I get my line of sight to work.

I have poured hours of time and gallons of caffeine into getting my line of sight/path-finding to work in a simple top down shooter game. Any suggestions or solutions on how to fix it are appreciated. Link to dropbox file is below.

What do you mean? What do you want to accomplish with the LoS/Pathfind? I really want to help, but I don't really understand the problem. Could you explain it a little more?

I am want the enemies r=to wander around and if they "see" the character i want them to start shooting.
