Layer wont shows up

I have a 720x5120 px of layout. There's 2 layer, Game and UI. I set the UI paralax to (0, 0) but everytime I test it on browser, the UI layer won't shows up. Is it something to do with the layout size?

Is the UI layer under the other layer. It should be at the top:)

I suggest to use the initial layer (layer 0) for back-back-baaackground only and create new layers for your game right in the beginning. Name your layers and make sure that they're in right order (on "layers" panel in top right of C2).
