Layer Scaling in plain English?

Hi guys

I am working in a project where we d like to have the lowest layer scaled down in order to have all the object there looking smaller than the rest.

I d like to point out that such layer has paralax 80, 80 and all the layers rotate 1 (same amount and same angle each) degree every second.

We have been messing around with the variuous scale rate settings and functions and red the documentation but for now we just managed to resize it just a little bit and the foreground layer get cut in the edges...

Please help!

Often people run in to issues with layout scroll bounds. Try turning on "unbounded scrolling" on the layout and that will get out of your way.
