How do I layer not active?

i have a layer whit a button.. but he is invisible until i active...

but when is invisible this button working.. if you push on button "by chance because the button is not visible" you can hear the sound of the button as when visible how can activate or deactivate a layer

Add another condition:

On Button clicked
System layer Button.layerNumber is visible
