How do I kill an enemy like mario?

i want to kill enemies like in Mario game.

i mean the Hero jump and "Falls on the head of enemy"

In Mario, the game just checks whether or not the player is falling when they collide with an enemy. If they are, kill the enemy. Else kill the player
