How do I keep a sprite in a layout?

Hi guys,

I choose a sprite from layout 1, then place it at layout 2 using "Spawn Another Object" and "Drag & Drop". After that, I went back to layout 1 to choose the second sprite and place it to layout 2, but then i notice the first sprite that I place is gone.

My intention is to keep all the sprite I place at layout 2. Help please!
