How do I infinite sctolling backgroung?

Hello all! My game – isometric scroller with top-dawn view. On background layers located one texture. I need infinity scroll this texture from top to dawn user screen. The upper part of the texture must be connected with the lower, providing cyclically rotating. Thx for answer..and sorry for my English))
