Infinite Loop? How should I be doing this?

I'm trying to set up random tiling to create a game grid, but I believe I am creating an infinite loop or otherwise crashing the browser.

Can anyone help determine why?

You don't have any zone objects in the layout, so referring to zone.width or zone.height returns 0, which causes division by 0.
