How do I improve the "SCROLL TO"

Hello ,i made a mini car game and i dont like it how it keeps the car in the center of the screen, can i improve this?

And How can i make like this:

When the player is near car , a buton will apear and if the player press that it enters the car and when the player is in car and press an other button it lets the car where he is and exits the car .

Sorry, the question is like this:

How do i make that just when i'm in the car there is scroll to option to it.

Ex:

When i'm walking with the player it should be scroll to (player) and when i enterd in the car it should be Scroll to (car) and not to player anymore.

P.S. wanna make like a GTA game

I don't know how but i want to make something like that but if the analog is forward the car should go forward but forward the screen.

Just exchange it with 8-direction behavior. Add that first, then just basically copy the movement commands, the way the car-behavior is set. Just instead of forward/breaking/steeringLR you going to have up/down/left/right. Then delete the car-behavior.

You should manage this, otherwise you gonna need someone for everything.
