[How do I] achieve SCROLL TO for two objects

This is something related to the same game i have been making but in top view.I am trying something in front view now.The levels look little unreal rather surreal but anyway..this is what I want to achieve.

SCROLL TO for two objects (1) for player (2) and for the Ground & Water below

I want the ground to move along with the player as he moves up in the game.

I found it.Sorry that was very silly of me.

I found that I was not trying PIN along with BoundToLayout ;) I was doing only PIN the ground with the player
