Help in solving display error

I have made a quiz game It works fine.The only problem is when we put a wrong answer in game it shows answer as Wrong answer and THEN SHOWS ANSWER AS RIGHT ANSWER. I can't understand what's happening and why it shows both cross and tick as It should only show cross at wrong answer.

Your X sprite has two frames, which are running as an animation. Delete the check-mark.

Open the animation editor for the object "Actionseditdeleteicon". There you will see two frames, one "cross" and one "check" mark. These frames run as an animation by default, so you can either set the animation speed to 0 (in the top left corner when you click the animation "default").

Or you could delete the green "check" frame entirely like blackhornet said.
