Geolocation on Android using Phonegap

I tried creating an APK of the Geolocation example using PhoneGap and it deployed OK, but is giving me an error when the Geolocation get location is invoked. It's an object error "failed to start geolocation service."

I know the android razor supports geolocation, is there some setting or maybe phonegap problem others have run into?   Has anybody got that demo working on an android device?
