How do I make a game like Mr Driller?

I'm new to game development

and i want to make a game like mr driller

do you guys have any tutorial i can see?

i'm confused on

1) how to auto-generate random blocks when the player drills down

2) how to make the blocks with the same color, get attach to each other (so they do not fall)
