How do I export and build an Amazon game/app?

Hello all, I just made a game called Aeon of the Wizard (it's on the Android Google play store). Now I want to put it on the Amazon app store. My question is, how do I export and build an Amazon game/app? In Construct2, do I export with "Android" or "Amazon Appstore"? Also, in Intel XDK, do I build as "Crosswalk for Android", just "Android", or, "Amazon"?

guannstar you can use any of the export methods you mentioned i personally use crosswalk because it had the best performance with my game, but it really depends on how your game performs

I have one more Amazon question though... Once my app has been approved (keep in mind, it got rejected for the Developer Select program... I don't know if that even matters, but), how long does it take to show up on the Amazon appstore (because every time I click on the "View on Amazon.com" button, it redirects me to a 404 page, saying "We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site")? What's up with that?

Hmm, that's weird. It's already been a night and a full day, but my app still hasn't shown up on the Amazon appstore.

Could it be because my app got rejected for the Developer Select program?
